Low mileage 93, should I title it?

Folks, I bought a 93 cobra with less than 100 miles on the clock from the original owner. It was never titled. I'm not sure if I should get a title for it now or leave it untitled? I'm thinking the value may be more if it is untitled? I plan on keeping it for a long time as an investment. Not sure how I could sell it down the road with no title?
Any thoughts would be appreciated,
Thanks

Keep it on the MSO. You would simply sell it with the MSO, same as when you purchased the car. Congrats!

Just out of curiosity, what do you guys think its worth now and possibly 20-30 years from now?
Thanks
There are way too many factors to even guess what it would be worth in the future- inflation, value of the dollar, economy, demand for Cobras, etc. 99.99% of the time, you're better off investing the money in mutual funds or even a money market account than ever investing in a car long term.

Right now, I would say $25k-$27k but I'm sure others will have more insight.

Back to my other question, what's an MSO?

MSO/MCO = Manufacturers Certificate of Origin Its what the selling Ford Dealership is given with the car when new. The Ford dealer inturn is suppose to use it to file for a "normal" state title when the vehicle is sold new to the first owner.

WOw the it had the same gas and oil since new? I dont think thats good man. Gas goes bad over time even with stabilizer additive it will go bad over a period of time such as from 1993. I would think the oil has gone bad also just sitting there. If you get it I would definetly siphon all that gas out and give it a fresh oil change. Make sure you dont use synthetic yet the rings and stuff need to seal first before you run syn. Let us know how everything goes with the cobra man. Good luck with you investment.

Worth low to mid 30's if it is a wrapper with everything intact.
I think a wrapper car is as cool as anyone in this thread but it's only worth that much if someone will pay it. Would someone really pay mid $30's for one? I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm seriously asking. Is the market out there?

I am curious to what makes one so special that has never been titled? Who cares?

There are plenty of people out there who would love to be the first owner of their dream car that they could not afford 15 years ago, in this case an "as-new" 1993 Cobra preserved "just for them".<<These people are also willing to spend the huge $$$ on their dream car. Just think, your dream car, 15 years old and brand new, and best of all, now you can afford your dream, and you are the first titled owner!!! It doen't get much better than that in the car world.

There are also people right now who would love to own a 1993 Cobra, but are not at a point in life to pull the trigger on a purchase. They too at some point will be looking, when that time comes, "new" will be hard to beat, funds permitting of course.

First title = First titled owner.
