I agree with this. Probably the first logical post while others want to kick a guy while hes down. Everyone makes mistakes. The owner of the cobra should have disclosed this information period. Car is listed at 59k I think being honest would have helped him. I guess he felt otherwise. I’m sure many posting on this thread have lied about their cars to some degree only difference is this individual got caught red handed. These cars are not worth 60k and most have been molested. Half the population can’t tell the difference between a GT, Mach or Cobra to them its just a “Mustang”. No matter what ones beliefs are when it comes to their faith they should never shove it down peoples throats. The ones who think they know it all usually fall the hardest. I hope he can come clean and apologize but after reading some of these comments I don’t blame him if he doesn’t.
This guy as you can see has scammed and lied over and over. Im just one of the many he's lied to repeatedly and scammed. It's a bad idea to defend this guy in any capacity. He did the same thing to the DSG he sold me. Never disclosed issues and mismatched paint hood etc. This is about so much more than his recent for sale. There is a reason people are coming out of the wood work to name and shame this guy. All over various forums and Facebook pages.

Any idiot can tell the difference between a GT, Mach or a Cobra. It’s just not “a Mustang.” There’s a difference between them. Body parts, drivetrain , even the sound of the engine gives it away and list goes on etc. Might want to educate yourself a little.
Walk a mile in the shoes of those he's scammed/done wrong and maybe you'd have no real grounds to even begin to defend him. I can agree to disagree. I know many consider the cobra community a “cult following” if you wish. One thing I know is the true cobra guys who actually love these cars and don’t just buy them for a flip. They generally become friends and stay in touch with eachother. You build an integrity, and a bond with the people on here. There is one thing I know to be true. I’d buy a car from anyone on this forum because generally people who owned these cars stick around even after the sale of a car to help others. It’s a community of knowledge. I’d say “kicking a man while he’s down” isn’t the right choice of words I’d use. If we brought up stuff from 10 years ago ? You might have a case, however this stuff is all within a year mostly. Making mistakes is one thing, not learning from them and continuing to do them proves intent. So intern he’s doing this stuff maliciously and out of intent.

If you notice on his IG post, he thinks you got that information or is gaslighting / swinging you to believe that that was the old him and he only said that as a “joke”… yeah the jokes aren’t too funny when he’s saying to me he’s got it all planned out. I’ve got screenshots of the title of his duramax and all. He asked my advice on what to do and i mentioned that he could register it salvage in Vermont as they don’t have as stringent laws he was complaining about so much there. Rebuilt in VT, Converts to Rebuilt in MA. He didn’t like that idea very much and said he would be moving onward with VIN swapping. Not so much of a joke when he gives me his play by play . You build a reputation with everyone on here. The advice, and even banter is something not many places or people get to experience. Starting a build thread is an easy way to get help, and such including ideas because all of us love to spend another man’s money haha.
