Once I see if I can eclipse 600rwhp on a P1SC I am probably going to swap to a Vortech but I am torn between which one.

11:1 CR
Valve job on 0 mile 03 Cobra heads
Todd’s Cams and springs
7200 RPM
10” PSR
MAC LTs

10% OD
3.47” pulley planned
Treadstone TRV25 Intercooler

T56

ID1000s
Fore Return System
E85

There is a possibility of a P1X

Most likely though it will be a Vortech V1 Si or Ti or a V3 Heritage Si

I want the most average power. Not looking to break numbers. Should make 600+ no matter what. So what should I go with?

Def a Ti trim if all you're looking for is 600rwhp.. It'll be good up to 700 but that'll be close to max.. After that go with a JT-B.. But the Ti trim will be solid

Also it's not a straight swap of head units. I'm sure you know that. If I were you I'd just stick with procharger at that point and swap head units. But I have seen the P1X go damn far, so I would think you'll be fine.

I have a T trim kit for my coyote sitting in the box, been on the fence about it… bought it used, kinda wished had gone new, nothing wrong with it per say, has been rebuilt etc.

The X series blower’s definitely want rpm though. When I sent my d1 in for a seal replacement they advised against the X upgrade unless spinning to more like 8k and it’d be lazy. They recommended trying to fix current belt slip (pos single bolt) or go F1.

Does pro charger not do. D1 anymore? I am biased as I worked for them a long time ago. Great Centris though.

So why not a D1? I am honestly a fan of Vortech, for no real reason, where I bought the Procharger based on some incomplete information in regard to the install.

I know that I have to swap brackets and maybe tweak the intercooler pipes off the blower.

The Novi 2K is less efficient than the V1 Ti.

If you want to go Vortech, then go Vortech.. I've been with them since 1999 lol. I wish that they would do some new stuff for the mod motors. In the end the faster you want to go the more custom stuff has to be done. 600rwhp-700 Ti trim all day long for the vortech.

I wish they had a better step up ratio. But, I guess the 11:1 CR will help overcome that.

There was a time when I wanted to go dumb and was think about a F1-A or a JT-B. I have decided to forego those desires and build a gorgeous street car.

I mean my car is 10:1 and I had no issues at all when It was even a 8:5 motor and 17psi making 650rwhp.. car was a animal and so damn fun. 4.10's and the 8.5 setup was awesome!

I have a T56 that has been refreshed and did a 26 spline upgrade. Rear will have 3.73s in it. Car will be around stock weight. It is getting a Steeda K, coilovers, but has the blower and upgraded stereo to add back the weight.

What incomplete info did you get? I ran a T trim for a while and it was decent when it worked. I think I just had a run of bad luck with it. My blower pipes lined up just fine.

I had a D1 originally, but broke it and was able to get the T trim for a decent price. After all that I ended up with an F1A and if I ever run another centri that's what I'll go with. I loved the sound and it would just freight train all the way up.

I was going through the install and the Vortech instructions takes about cutting the bottom of the shaker scoop. I did not realize that if you did a coolant crossover delete that you did not have to cut.

If I would have known you didn’t have to cut, I probably would have gone V1 Si right from the beginning.

I think an Si would get me over 600, I know the Ti will do it easier. Hopefully the Ti is not soft in the middle.

Ah. Ok. I had an 01 Cobra so I didn't have to worry about the scoop.

I'd say my T trim didn't feel soft, but I had it on a big bore stroker.

So the T Trims are no more, replaced by the Ti. Kinda like the S to Si I suppose.

The old T Trim V1 has a cam of 1200 and 73% efficiency where the Ti has a 75% efficiency and 1400cfm. The T Trim was updated to the Ti soon after the Si release since the Si did 1150 cam and 78% efficiency.

The biggest drawback to my setup is gonna be rods. I used 15+ Coyote Rods. Not that 800 hp is probably a restraint.

Regardless of what blower, I think the car will make over 600. The Ti V1 is probably my best bet as I can turn it up if I really want where the V1 Si or V3 Si will be close to being out of steam.
