GT all day. But I’m on the side of that bad bitch needs a blown Godzilla in her to show how capable she really is.

Wouldn’t that just be ****ing delicious….
449 for a regular EB.On a side note. I would like to see that GT Ecoboost engine in a mustang. Lol. I wonder how much lighter it is than say a blown coyote?
Guess it would rather make more sense just to go TT setup on a coyote mustang instead of 3.5TT.449 for a regular EB.
445 for a coyote, so add maybe 40 or so more for a 2.3?
Hard to say what the exact difference in weight would be because who knows how they are defining engine weight. A cyclone 3.5 is 360lbs so I'd assume the EB weight includes turbos and possible intercoolers?
If I remember right, the 5.0 was brought up briefly when the idea was sparked, but the rule book gave an advantage to smaller turbo engines and the 3.5 had the benefit of being a little more narrow.
there were also 3.5s already in use in race cars, whether that was convenient or planned development Im not sure449 for a regular EB.

I mean @DBK showed up in the other thread, he will hopefully correct me on everything I thought I knew before.there were also 3.5s already in use in race cars, whether that was convenient or planned development Im not sure
Aside from sound...the 3.5L kills it in the FGT.
I gotta be honest, I think it sounds pretty ****ing good for the type of car it’s in.
It would be cool as **** if they put in a tweaked 800hp version of the predator. It's definitely not horrible. I'm still wanting a ride in one of the MKIIs.
You'd think after a while people would get over the V6 hatred but you'd think they are talking about an electric motor the way it makes people gnash their teeth. The V6 has been in supercars for decades now and even F1 utilized it although I'm sure that probably wasn't a bright spot in their history for many fans. Regardless, it has its place and it has proven it works so get over it.
My SHO has the 3.5 Ecoboost and weighs in at fat pig 4400lbs.On a side note. I would like to see that GT Ecoboost engine in a mustang. Lol. I wonder how much lighter it is than say a blown coyote?
I don't think it being a v6 is the problem. It's that it's very similar to what is in millions of other vehicles on the road and was marketed as so.You'd think after a while people would get over the V6 hatred but you'd think they are talking about an electric motor the way it makes people gnash their teeth.
