Curious if one had a firearm in the car and the officer attacked you and tried to maim/kill you as seen in this video, would it be legal to blast him in self defense after the crash?

I legit still wouod love to be a cop.

Local Pd won’t hire anybody who has EVER done a drug stronger than weed. So because I did coke years and years ago .. they won’t hire me, but I know of 2 cops that have had a DWI/DUI but can be hired

Makes sense
How do they know that? Did you just volunteer that information?

Lets not forget we are supposed to give the benefit of the doubt to the police, right? Perhaps I am indifferent but I'm definitely a realist.

Um, what in the actual ****.

No, no we are not! We are to never give the Government the "benefit of the doubt" and always to be skeptical and untrusting of bureaucrats and politicians.

Constitutionally the citizen is legally given the "benefit of the doubt" as in "innocent until proven guilty".

So in this actual event - until you actually prove that pregnant women was a van full murdering gangbangers smuggling nuclear weapons - that idiot cop had no cause to literally try and kill her by causing a highway crash.

Police need to be held to the same standard as hourly dock workers. Back your fork truck into someone and cause an injury? FIRED. Period.

ARKANSAS STATE POLICE
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE STOPPED BY A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
The steps outlined below provide drivers with basic information of what to do whens stopped by a law enforcement officer or when passing a law enforcement officers stopped alongside a roadway to ensure the officer’s safety, the safety of the driver and any passengers.
1. Pull over to the right side of the road – activate your turn signal or emergency
flashers to indicate to the officer that you are seeking a safe place to stop.

2. If you are unsure if you are being stopped by an actual police officer, activate your turn signal or emergency flashers and pull to the nearest well-lit location, or dial 9-1-1 and request confirmation that an actual police officer is attempting to stop
you.

3. Pull to the nearest/safest spot out of the traffic lane (Do not stop on bridges or overpasses).

No no no the cop up there said she had to stop immediately so she got what she deserves… don’t use the law applicable to the state as well as many others.

Run along now and put a "I support the so and so PD" sign in your front yard along with a sticker on your car. Your lack of faith and trust is not only disturbing but apparently anti american according to some. It's true. Anything less than complete support is not tolerated.

When they pit someone in a low speed "chase" or shoot and murder a woman (who was not breaking any laws) through her window or even shoot someone because they lack the ability of differentiating between a tazer and a firearm, my realistic view on l.e. is undeniably affirmed.

But but but stress, uh random violence, uh forgot to beat your wife so need to take it out on random civies… and people wonder why cops are being targeted for violence constantly.
Many watch their brothers falter but do nothing but offer excuses.

This is why I support Amendment 1488.420.69.
Authorization for police to eliminate immediate family members and victim so no lawsuit can be filed vs the town/city/county.

Would save the tax payers so much money not having to pay these frivolous lawsuits.

That's my homie Bob Gordons slogan.
It's actually for the people mostly. You're Fl and got that wrong, lol.

Good thing he was there to protect and serve her, she could’ve been seriously injured otherwise.

They ask.

Lie detector.. blah blah.
You have to take a lie detector test to become a cop? Is that in most states? So they use a test that often (always?) cannot be used in court because of it's proven inaccuracy to screen candidates for their team? Irony and hypocrisy at it's finest LOL

No idea. It’s what I’m told.

I’ve been told by current local cops “ if you’ve done anything harder than marijuana then you are ineligible “

Though this is also a department that tattoos must be covered. No visible piercings. Facial hair policy.. etc

This country is now nothing more than a bunch of subservient plebs.

It's amazing, really.
