Are the tides turning? My local dealer called to tell me they'll give $5k off any new F-150. And for some reason I get an email from a dealer I never even heard offering $7k off.
Koon's will order you any new Jeep below invoice. My brother was going to buy one but forgot he was too P-whipped.

No.

The MSRP listed in those adds are the "top MSRP", before any factory discounts. Then, after you factor in the rebates, you're still paying MSRP.

For instance:

The train yard with new vehicles in Houston is filling up more and more everytime I pass it. I would say 80% full now from less than 15% 3 months ago. The tide is turning. Keep holding, prices are going to drop.

I wish that were the case!

In reality, the train yards are filling up with vehicles that are missing chips, parts, etc...manufacturers have realized it's cheaper to pay the storage fees at the train yards, rather than rent/lease property to store them.

The VAST majority of orders are retail sold orders, meaning they won't end up on lots for sale.

That’s exactly what I would say if my car lot was full of vehicles I paid over MRSP for and I need to sell them before I took delivery of vehicles from the manufacturer.

Try again.

Really? I have zero reasons not to believe that what Nick's said is 100% truth!

That’s the game Parkway Chevrolet in Houston is playing right now. I’m sure many others doing the same.

I'm sure they are. There are plenty of dealers thinking thats the route to go.

I'm much too conservative for that.

Side note- I didn’t see many Ford’s in the train yard, mostly chevs and import junk. Maybe Ford trying to make 10 Ford GTs for John Sena and Jay Leno? Also saw my first Mazda MAch e the other day here in Houston -LOL what an ugly piece of garbage!

How many likes on Instagram do you have? Any nip slips? Bonus points if you are transgender.

That's kinda a myth...but there is some truths to it.

Hoping past/current Ford ownership, collection, supporting dealer, etc carries enough weight. We'll see in the next few weeks.

The lots are empty everywhere, what game are they playing? The we don't want to sell trucks to people who want to buy game?

This is called price gouging. Once upon a time in the great land of the United States this was against the law. Today price gouging is considered a savy business practice - unless it effects the wealthy- then it is still a crime.

Parkway Chevrolet Internet Price = 10-15k over MRSP! = price gouging.
