Ok yall, I am back to the drawing board not sure which way to turn now. I have changed everything on this 98 mustang cobra and I mean every single part on the car is brand new. My fuel pump will not come on at all first issue and 2nd issue is when I turn my key on it does nothing but I have power in the car and dash lights up but it won't hit a lick. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated because I am so clueless on what to check next.

You had better start with a list of all parts you have already replaced.

This will help you get to the heart of it sooner imo.

I think what he's saying is go over the work that you did in case you missed something. Like a bad connection on the fuel pump, etc. Grab the multimeter and start probing for voltage and resistance numbers.

Did you replace the CCRM? If so, is it plugged in all the way? Do you have the original CCRM? May have to try it.
Supposedly every part on the car is new.....as per post #3.....

It does sound like some main relay group is not getting power though...so following the FP and CCRM back is a good place to start, or go straight to the fuse/relay block to/from the starter.

That's why I asked about the ccrm being "new". I haven't seen a oem/nos ccrm in years. Most sold now are reman units. That may not be the issue but like you said, I start in that area.
