I have been looking at these for months now and finally pulled the trigger in late September. They came in a week ago the same day my new Michelin Pilot Sport 2’s came in. It took me a week but found a garage with a Hunter tire changing machine to put the wheels and sensors on the tires. They did an amazing job!

The Shelby wheels are roughly 11lbs lighter in the front and 12.5 lbs lighter on the rear. That was a HUGE surprise! I absolutely love the look and to me, worth every single penny.

Holy wow at the unsprung weight you just shaved!

I would guess the car feels quite a bit different?

I don’t know yet. I haven’t had a chance to drive it since I put them in. I think the PS2’s are gonna make as much of a difference as the weights.

What's the deal with the Hunter tire changer?

From my understanding, it’s the only tire changing machine that is guaranteed 100% to not touch the lip of the wheel. I’d never let anyone with a regular machine touch wheels this wide.
Okay cool, thanks. Nice choice, car looks killer. Signature makes some really nice stuff.

That and Anti-Matter are the two best blues so far! Way better than Atlas that is now available.
I agree. When I ordered it, I wanted the darkest blue available. I wanted a blue that harked back to the muscle car days of the 60's and early 70's.

I finally got a chance to out some miles on it. The car really does feel lighter on its feet. The steering feels lighter but I think the PS2's add a little feel of tramming that the PS4's didn't have. I have never driven a carbon track car, but I have to think it would probably feel similar. Still rock solid...just different.
