I’m running the ridge grapplers on my F250. I do some moderate mud and never had an issue. I’ll go back with the same thing when these finally wear out.

I had bad experiences with BFG’s as well. Plus they throw stones like no other…

If your going to run something all year round I would stay with an AT, I run open country R/T and really like them but take them off for the winter.

That's what's on my truck. They seem to wear really good, quiet and good in the rain.

They have done well in the snow too. I have been able to leave the truck in 2wd where the Ranger with Wranglers need 4wd.

Anyone still ridin’ with Biden or is gas too expensive for y’all?

I have nitto ridge grapplers and while they look cool, they suck in rain and snow. I’ll be jumping to toyo open country next go round as I’ve ran them before and they were far better suited for daily use.

I got sideways on the highway in the rain doing 80 with Toyo GT2’s. But I got 65k miles out of them and they still had good tread. Sold them for $500

Falken Wildpeak AT3s are great all around. If you want a better winter tire pick up a set up used rims and put Ice Gaurds on them. You won't be disappointed .

I like my open country R/T’s, good look and very quiet for 35’s. Truck doesn’t go out in the winter so can’t give input on snow traction.

I’m running the BFGs on my truck. I’ve had them for close to two years and miles from all over and across the country and no issues. They’re also made in the USA.

GREAT tire! I’m on my second set … got 50k+ miles on the first set.

This is on a 2WD regular cab Tacoma too.
But I “up-sized” to a 225/70R15 versus the OE 205/75R15…

Like you, snow is measured in FEET where I live.
In the winter, I install this water-bag weight “Shurtrax” in the bed of the truck and off I go.

I put these on my truck last year. They perform well enough in the snow, but my gas mileage is awful for rest of the year. I lost 5 mpg after installing these. I basically pay for these tires every year in lost gas money. I installed beginning of last winter, and l will probably only get 2 snow seasons out of them. I will be a bit more selective this time around. I think Michelin makes an AT tire that also gets good mpg.

Ridge Grapplers suck in rain.

Can't help you with snow, but I've been disappointed in the RGs but at this point I'll rock them for a year then buy another brand.

I liked the ST Maxx from cooper. And I know they have preset locations for studs for deep snow.

Nitto Terra Grappler AT2's get my vote. Look just aggressive enough but are moderately quiet going down the road. Also get decent mileage out of them too. (Around 45k)

Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT here. I think I have about 20k on them. They do well in the rain and semi soft sand. No snow though as we don't get much of that in socal. No complaints towing either. Granted it's only about 5-6k pounds. If they hadn't discounted the white lettering I'd consider them again when the time comes.

I have run BFG KO's for years with zero issues. Great wear, traction in everything, noticed no excessive noise and generally pleased with them.

I greatly preferred my Bridgestone Revo IIs to the BFGs I had. The life and grip I got out of them was night and day.

Never tried the Revo 3 (which is the current version), but they would be a consideration for me if I needed another set of tires.
