Are you talking about material to put under the 4 posts? I bought the rubber pads that Advantage sells.
Yes, but I didn't know that they sold pads.

I bolted mine down. Don’t think it’s safe not to....I'm assuming some rolling bridge jacks are different? We shall see.
Anyone bolt down their 4 post lift?

Doing research it seems more people don't bolt them down. I mean, they make casters to move them around.I bolted mine down. Don’t think it’s safe not to....

I'll be asking the installers about it tomorrow.
Edit: per Advantage lift website, they don't recommend bolting their 4 post lifts down.
Interesting.

That is very interesting. Have you found any information that suggests why they don't recommend bolting them down?
I haven't found any information. Instructions show how to to anchor it, but it's NOT recommended.I'd be interested in hearing why they don't recommend bolting them down as well. Makes no sense.

Thanks man! I changed oil on the 90 coupe yesterday, first time using the lift for maintenance work. Made an oil change so easy!Damn man! Now it's a shop! My shop build is temporarily on hold but your shop keeps giving me ideas and envy. I keep going back and forth on 2 post or 4 post? Looking good!
