That is one short drive that you'll never forget. I almost got to ride in one many moons ago. There was a Pro Mod shop not far from me, and the owner had a 2000 R. Almost got a ride, but "almost" doesn't count. LOL. I remember walking around the 'R' and my head was screaming "I want to drive this SO bad".
That's a handy work light, and bright! Remember the days of the traditional trouble light hooked to the hood latch? LOL.Finally got the car out this morning before the heat and humidity. Bought this super bright tripod light at Menards. Makes the shop look dark lol.View attachment 1704738

LoL, funny you mention that. I was using a trouble light attached to the hood latch when I was replacing the water pump about a week ago. That's a handy work light, and bright! Remember the days of the traditional trouble light hooked to the hood latch? LOL.
How far apart are your electric outlets along the walls?
I learned about angles from the Instagram "models". The clear on the front fender is lifting as well as on the roof in a couple spots. And the front bumper is in need of work. But I still love it. I'm hoping to start working towards a new paint job now.

Thank you. I've got some plans to go with the paint. So I'm going to try and suck it up for awhile with the paint as it is and just drive it. You can't see the imperfections at 80mph anyway. You definitely got a good angle on it, looks good. I just had my rear bumpers done over the winter at my local Ford Body-shop they did a nice job matching everything.
40K! That's pretty low mileage. How long have you owned your Cobra?
Can't tell you how many times I've had a hanging trouble light fall off the hood latch and knock out the built. I have a floor lamp setup that I used to use when I worked on my Cobra, but the one you have is superior and provide more direct light into the engine bay.LoL, funny you mention that. Most outlets are about 10 feet apart.

Nice! That's only about 1,100 miles a year since you bought it.I got it in the summer of '08 with ~26k miles on it.
That's a pretty big storage unit!Went to the storage unit to pick up the cobra wheels/tires to have them replace so I can pass inspection. Loaded them up in the TrailBoss and will be getting new tires on the TrailBoss too at my best friend's family tire shop in next day or two.
