I am sure that you can do some research and find the other highly rated providers that you might want to try.
My own personal opinion is, save the money. I myself have not ran an additional firewall/anti-virus other than what comes with Windows 10 for free, for years and I have never ran into an issue. Be careful what websites you visit, don't click on suspicious links/emails, don't install suspicious software, etc.
These, and I’m no angel. lolIt's a mystery to me why anyone with a single PC would use anything other than the native security suite that Microsoft installs with Windows 10. MS runs a massive security operation to protect its own assets and the corporate clients that rely on their cloud and other technology, and all that technology boils down into the stuff running on your PC (provided you keep it up to date on Windows Update). There are a few security products out there that are as good as MS, but very few that might be better.
Raised service from 29 per year to over a $100. Damn the money grubbers. Does anyone have any viable alternatives?
Call their customer service and tell them you're canceling it because it's too expensive and they'll drop the price significantly. I do it every year with Norton 360.
Welcome to TV and internet services.I hate having to do that with certain companies.
Kaspersky all day long. You can protect multiple devices. I buy them in 3 year packages. You can shop around for deals but last time it auto renewed and I just let if go. I'm a SVT billionaire remember and don't waste my time over a few hundred fiat dollars!?
This, plus it's light weight and doesn't bring your PC to a crawl. Ditch that Norton for a day and see how much more snappy it is.It's a mystery to me why anyone with a single PC would use anything other than the native security suite that Microsoft installs with Windows 10.
