I prefer the Procharger. I'm somewhat local to them though, so I'm probably biased.

I wouldn't go by looks, I'd go by power output. As stated above, for paxton you do have to cut the engine cover (if you decide to even run it) but with procharger, I have heard that their design snaps cranks. That's the reason procharger started making crank supports for coyote cars. Other than that, they are essentially the same if you get the equivalent head unit to the other (paxton 2200= f1a procharger)

I’m just gonna say it, who the hell buys a blower based on looks? How about efficiency instead?

Nobody mentioned buying a supercharger based off looks. One would think with the cars in my sig I have little more knowledge than that. I got into a discussion about how different companies designed their systems on the Mustang. One of the arguments was on the cleanliness, ease of install and simplistic designs which I said the Procharger killed the Paxton in that aspect, others disagreed. It was a FB group...so I came here for opinions. Nothing More ;)

This survey makes a lot more sense once it is explained. Maybe throw a little back story in next time, so dummy’s like me don’t chime in.

The pics are of a gen 1 coyote Vortech setup vs a gen 2 coyote Procharger. Gen 1 vs gen 1 it's paxton/vortech all day. With the Gen 2 setups it's a toss up. I say this while owning a gen 1 Procharger kit.

Ah, more variables. Thanks for your input!
