I didn’t see the asian officer even getting what I’d call excited dealing with the crowd. Tells me they weren’t hostile.

2/3 of the officers had been on the job for less than a week. One of the officers was on his fourth day and the Asian officer was on only his third shift.

The crowd was absolutely hostile as they were yelling at Chauvin to get up, let him up, etc. Their was a guy pacing back and forth that looked like he might get physical.

Not excusing Chauvin but I would think this would complicate things.

This is where he was wrong, which I keep trying to explain.

Pros: why did you decide to restrain him on the ground.

DC: He actively resisted arrest, forced himself out of the unit, and we were having trouble controlling the subject.

Pros: ok. Understood. Do you feel you had him under control after a few moments on the ground?

DC: Uhhhhhh...

Pros: Take a look at the image of 1 min on the ground. Did you have him under control? Was he still resisting?

DC: Uhhhhh.....

They can’t say that they didn’t have him under control or that he was a physical threat.

Now anybody understand why 9 min is a ****ing eternity? I wouldn’t be able to explain my way out of it

All of this is true.

The video shows conclusive evidence that Chauvin is incompetent, no doubt.

But the charges are murder 2/3 and manslaughter, not incompetence. The video does not provide conclusive evidence that Chauvin caused GF's death. At best the video shows evidence that Chauvin may have contributed to GF's death.

Cops get away with whatever every time. Mostly because officers stick up for each other. Not the case this time. They've hung him out to dry. Plus with this whole BLM movement going on, he's cooked. No way in hell he walks. For what it's worth, I could care less either way. Not my problem.

So much wrong with this statement. However, no use even trying discuss this point of view.

True.

I think after nailing him on his use of force, the next question:

Did you hear the subject say “I can’t breathe”.

Im sure the defense will try and deflect because he was saying that before they restrained him.

Pros will probably then ask what is your normal reaction or what does your first responder training tell you to do if someone says they can’t breathe.

I just think he’ll (should be they’ll instead of he) get cornered into not having a legitimate reason for that period or type of restraint.

What that leads to....who knows.

Ok, so you're so misguided on what a moderator should be doing, that you are challenging the source of reference, instead of reflecting on the point? Wow, i suggest you do a search on your own and hopefully you can learn from other sources that which you respect on what a moderator should be doing.

Bye, read the rules

Ya I didn’t see that portion but again, we’re expected to be able to handle that.

I mean maybe they can convince the jury that was a concern, but I wouldn’t accept that excuse or reasoning from my guys.

Just want to point out one small thing. If I had a $1 for every time some "Mope" told me "I cant Breath" when being arrested I could have retired a long time ago rich!

The fact is, when a "Mope" is saying "I cant breath" its because he was FIGHTING with the Police and the Police have now restrained him so yea it makes it hard to breath when ur a crack-head, totally out of shape and ur HEART is filled with Fentanyl guess what happens? Yep, you DIE as a result of heart failure!

It has nothing to do with "I cant BREATH". Cause its impossible to SAY "I cant BREATH" if ur not actually taking in O2 and breathing. Its common ****ing sense!

STRESS causes heart attacks every day in the country. Add a lifetime DRUG addict to the mix and yea ur heart fails. Pretty common actually.

Murder? That makes me LOL literally!
