I just browsed through all 44 photos. That's quite a "house". It definitely would be cool to do a walk-through. Tell the listing agent you "might" be interested, and schedule it. LOL.

10 years ago I would have said Extreme Paranoia, but not anymore.

Right there with you.

I'm friends with a local agent. I texted him, he said he could definitely set up a showing of it.

If you really need that, you're just prolonging the inevitable. The idea of opening up the door to the outside after resources run out to a field of flowers is a pipe dream.

For a million, that's a deal. That kicks ass. Do a group buy with half dozen families, everyone builds their own 'real' house on property, then you got your bugout quarters right there, that would shelter everyone if SHTF scenario occurred, which seems more & more possible every day.

If my wife wouldn't mind living in a hole, I'd be all over it. I would need to build some sort of underground garage for my Leopard 2A7+ tank.

Hahahahaha yeah true that.......the 1.1mil price tag PLUS wife approval to live in a hole!! But my defense to her would be that a hole is better and SAFER than living in a van down by the river!!!!
