I eat liberals for lunch. I’d disembowel them for free if given the chance.
You will not be disappointed. I will vote for DeSantis three times before you make it to the polls.

Then you are most welcome! 7upstang is a liberal, please move here and grab your chance. But it was mostly aimed to the audience in general. Please keep our state red.

Also, I guess if they can vote multiple times, so can we. Where do I mail my burlap sack full of votes to?

This is why I don't invite you to lunch.

Sounds good, see you at Mario's Meat Deli at 12:30 buddy. ;)

Kingsport Tennessee is where im going this year when I retire:

1.) Extremely LOW home Taxes including no ****ING car tax!
2.) No INCOME Tax!
3.) E85 at the gas pumps!
4.) Great freakn weather!
5.) Bristol speedway 20 minutes away.
6.) No traffic!
7.) Very little crime.
8.) Very Conservative!
9.) Smokey Mountains 1 hour away.
10.) The Dragon (Motorcycle lovers) is an hour away.
11.) Very few two legged animals living in that area.
12.) The REBEL Flag is part of their culture there so no snowflakes allowed!
13.) And people are very friendly, polite and respectful. Everything CT is NOT!
Sounds good to me, especially number 11. I've been looking at this site for an isolated property. www.landandfarm.com

I am a native Texan, but moved to Nebraska almost nine years ago for work. I have been longing to return back to Texas, as my family is still there.

However, the recent debacle in Texas is making me question that. Who knows how long it will take that state to fully recover from this winter storm. Also in the back of my mind, this event might help the state turn blue if the drive by media can successfully do their hit job.

I have nothing bad to say about Nebraska, other than I hate the winter time. Cold temperatures and snow are expected for five to six months out of a year. Other than that, no emissions testing, E85 everywhere at the pump, state as a whole is still red, there's only like 2 million people in the entire state, etc.

What is LaBelle like?
Not sure if you are serious or not. But a small little town, farming community. Some of the nicest people are out there. However, there really isn't anything there.
I’ll tell ya. We loved fort Myers beach for the month. Had a Jersey shore feel but the traffic was real bad. Had to use bikes a lot. Will definitely go back and visit for a day but I wouldn’t want to live there.

We were looking to buy in st Pete’s Sarasota or Naples when we started shopping around.
Ultimately the condo we are buying was on the market for 3 hours when our realtor called and said to jump on it. It will be gone be the end of the day.
I don’t want to say the name of the street but it’s in a neighborhood 5 minutes from the beach near Marco island.

I got a question.
What is the best gym in Naples. For bodybuilding routines not a CrossFit gym.
In fort Myers beach I worked out at hammerhead for the month and loved it. The owner is a great person and she loved me. I’d join there but it’s too far away. I’d guess it’s got to be 45 minutes??

If you can say it what is the name of your showroom. If you don’t want to say pm me. We might need window treatments. I don’t know if the owners are leaving stuff or not. I know my wife is gonna make an offer on the furniture etc but that’s all her decision.
At least you got off the beach before Spring Break, it's nuts. But a great show if you know what I mean.

I've never been to a gym in Naples, but I asked a buddy of mine who goes 3-4 times a week. He recommended Naples Family Fitness.

Happy to help. Shutterup.com! 1460 Golden Gate Parkway Unit 109, Naples 34105.
My name is Tyler.

Sounds good man. Just shoot me a PM when you get here.

Definitely. We can’t wait.

Another friend of mine told me that the gym “Hard Core” is real good and the owner is a great guy. And that one is two minutes from my place in south Naples. But thank you for your advice.

Lol wouldn't be moving there anyway.

Realistically, other than the shitty weather, New England is one of the best places to live.
Natural disasters are low (major earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes etc.)
Not too many poisonous animals
Not too many weird bugs
No giant spiders
No alligators

-Educated people
-4 seasons
-social emphasis on knowledge/learning
-great healthcare institutions
-great business opportunities

I don’t know how you guys in the far northern states do it in the winter. It’s been legit snowing on and off for almost three weeks straight and I’m about to have a mental breakdown

Only lived in that shit hole for 18 years.

Moved to AZ last summer, it's been an endless vacation.

Before you cry about the heat.

Arizona -
114° is 42° off from a perfect day (peak summer)

Indiana
-6 is 78° off from a perfect day. (peK winter)

I don't have to shovel heat and after 9 months I've still yet to see a Scorpion.
last summer was pretty brutal. but goddamn i luv wearing shorts in February. I also agree, **** shoveling snow. At least in the heat you can blast the AC. And not get trapped in your house due to snow.

Like all states, there's good and bad. My neck of the woods is solidly conservative, there's more animals than people, and you can make as much money as you want. I have two houses on two acres with 75 oak trees, with generally great weather year round. The democrats have certainly screwed up the cities, but the high cost of living weeds out most of the riffraff.

you don't know what you are missing until you live in a different state. Trust me. My dad also lives in Kali (55 years), he is now moving to Nevada.

Born and raised in the IE and I want out of Cali. It just isn’t the same place I grew up in even 20 years ago. Wife and I both plan to gtfo as things here have got out of hand. It’s 400k for 3 bedroom houses here that are damn near falling apart.

The past few years hasn’t been too bad. Snow doesn’t really start until late January lately. My end of March we’re out of it. 12 weeks tops.
