This is what I remember back in the late '60s walking into a Chevy showroom. I really wanted to buy one, but just couldn't afford it at the time.

That's good you were spared this time. I'm surprised more homes to experience bird hits, especially at post-dusk and pre-dawn.

How many schools even teach music/band anymore? It's sad to think. I actually had more fun in band in HS than I did in football. We took so many trips and our band was good. My football team was good, too but the band trips were dope.

When I first saw this pic, I laughed and said "I remember those!" Then I realized the reason it was posted was to trigger that reaction from people who were around to know what it was for and now it's become clear that I've gotten older. lol Not grown up, just older.

Pic of what I remember, almost exactly.
The local Chevrolet Dealer used to hand out red, bowtie shaped, cherry flavored candy wrapped in clear cellophane. I got yelled at for messing with the Vette's gas cap.
