sure seemed like it in Kalifornia. Whole ****ing placed burned down. Both my grandpa and dad got lucky, their homes got smoked out but did not burn down. 2020 has been a shit year for sure, would not surprise me if God was ending it all LOL. Have faith in God, Love your family, and help others as you can. That's all I can say.

the rapture as depicted by such things as the left behind series is a heretical myth.
biblically speaking the people of God inherit the land. always. that is our reward.
this earth is ours.
everybody else is just passing through.

As a believer and student of the Bible of course I believe in the rapture of the church (by church I mean believers in Jesus' sacrifice as the only way to be right with God). I believe we are seeing the world's condition slowly aligning itself with the Biblical prophesies relating to the end times.

It's almost like it was foretold.

Yes I think a lot has come to pass but I think there is still a lot to come. I recently read Revelation again. I’m no Biblical scholar by any means and it’s a difficult one to get a grip on but harder times are ahead.

I think Religion is one big ****ing fairy tale that steals from old women and rapes little boys and hides behind the Catholic Church while they shelter them and relocate pedofiles to new churches so new little boys can be raped! The Catholic Church is ****ing disgusting and pathetic!

Like my grand mother who is stupid enough to donate money to these phony mother ****ers on TV regurgitating some fairly tale told a few thousand years ago smfh. Disgusting! And she is poor! But she has been convinced by these scam-artists that if she doesn't donate she's not going to Heaven smfh.

Ever see the way these evangelicals live? They live in huge mansions and drive beautiful cars all on the backs of old men and women stupid enough to pay their bills! Religion is one big crock of shit!

Same here, I was watching one of the Netflix WW2 docs. Think about it end of WW1, H1N1, then the Great Depression, then start of WW2. All in about 20-25 years. And we're worried now??

Can you imagine if we had the type of communications we have now?

I believe, but its been taught he's coming soon. Of Course he's coming and today we are closer than yesterday, but still nobody knows. Ive been to several different churches and denominations and one thing is for sure. Everyone has their on take on passages and scripture meanings. Its hard to really know what they mean when they aren't cut and dry.

First thing I thought of is what others said . . . it's been way worse, ala WW2. If that wasn't the end, we got a long way to go now.

I'm also an "Old Earth" Christian - I believe the world has been around billions of years (Genesis's intention was not be a literal timeline). So, I don't necessarily think Jesus waited 7 billion years the first time only to come the second time a measly 2000 years later :)

You are 100% correct on “religion” and the Catholic Church.

Agreed. I'm a pretty strong atheist.

It's a coping mechanism. Seems to do much more harm than good(tax free of course)
