New to me Shelby GT500

I have been looking for one for a while and this is what I ended up with. Black with Orange stripes. I looked at the production guide and did not see orange as an option. Also has a Trinity badge on the side.

I know it has been tuned with a 2.4 pulley and some aftermarket tensioner Ford racing TB and JLT carbon fiber intake, kooks long tubes. Not sure what else it has.

I know it has the SVT performance package too

Stripes aren't factory, may be the only one with a " trinity " badge.
If you bought it from a dealer, see if they can get whoever traded it in to call you.

Did it come with a hand held tuner ?

Good to know I just downloaded the window sticker. I am guessing where is says low gloss black tape stripe is the color indication?

I know the car was from west palm beach FL area. Shows to have been in Texas only about a year. I do not have the tuner for the car but I have mine that is unmarried.
From what the dealer and sales guy said that it was a dealer trade not traded at their dealership.

I am still working to locate the original owner

That indicates Matte Black Stripes or Stripe Delete.

That confirms it originally had Matte Black Stripes.

Dump the front John Deere tow hitch and that Halloween stripe and that Shelby will look 100% Better!

If it were me, I wouldn't beat on it until you have the tune checked out.

Nice ride though for sure. Unless you are partial to the orange or want to stand out (which i understand) i would go back to the matte black. JMO

Lol. I think I am pulling the stripes and going back to the original.
Before that I want to get this on some rollers to check the tune and make sure everything it good and sound.
Has not been drag raced there is no rubber in the wheel wells or on the mufflers. So that’s good.

Yes i want to get it back to the stock stripes after finding out that this was not an option. Have owned mustangs for years this is the first Shelby and it just fell in my lap and had to jump on it.
I have a friend that has a shop and we will be checking it out close. Will put it on rollers and possibly check compression and fuel pressure and A/F.
Trying to find the original owner. It originally purchased in west palm beach. Only been in Texas for a year.
