Finally took it in for airbag recall. The first time it's left the garage all summer.
Put in fresh gas/torco, aired it out! I forgot how damn fast it is.
Not my best picture of this car but hey, had to post something something.

Even "not [your] best pics of [that] car" look great! (I still want your painter to do mine.)

Dude, first time this season!
Way to much fun to sit.
Put looks amazing as usual.
Unfortunately Apple is in line with my wife and believes I take too many car pics/vids. I guess I need to upgrade my account.
Hope to post some good pics from the track in the next few weeks. Maybe a 9.20 slip if I’m lucky.

As always, thanks Bob. (And everyone else). I sometimes feel I waaaay over post.
There are a lot of beautiful 13/14s on this thread.

Just thankful I am part of the Trinity clan.

Last time I counted I had ( 24 ) recall notices. ( passenger side )
The new ones come with a " Repair & Win Sweepstakes " offer, win a new Ranger 4x4 or a Mustang GT.
There have been reports on other sites that Ford sent a tech out to the owner's house to install the recall part,.................didn't get one of those.
It's hard to take the " urgent " seriously after a 3 & 5 year wait for parts..

Stunning paint and stripe package! The painter did a great job. Fill me in, though, why did you do a full paint? Was it white from the factory and needed refreshing?

It's kind of a long story Bob so bear with me.
I bought a new Mach 1 in '04. It's black & had flat black stripes. The orange peel was typical but drove my OCD through the roof! After a long search I found a shop to correct it. On that car, the orange peel was in the clear coat. So, the clear was carefully watersanded off, red OEM style stripes added & topped with high quality clear. It came out great.
When I got this '13, same OCD. The same shop attempted the same process. On the Shelby, the orange peel was actually in the paint! So the car was blown apart to the hull because I didn't want any tape lines in the paint, sanded to bare metal & full custom paint with red stripes to replace the red vinyl ones. Then 7 coats of high quality clear.
It was very labor intensive but the results were great! Dang Bob now I need some coffee!
Told you it was a long story lol.

Nah, I need the ground clearance to get in and out of the deer lease.

J/K Yes, springs and LCAs are my next mod. I just put on the Velgens though and I'm going to enjoy some cooler weather with the top down before tearing down the suspension.
