Thank you
I did all the work except for the heads.
Can't wait to install it in the car. I have a new set of mid length Bassani headers and X pipe going in.
Would love to get a whipple or VMP next!!!

Did some wet sanding today on parts of the front bumper due to scuffs I caused while doing my 3M headlight resto. Notice in sun there is still couple spots I need to touch up.

Good for you! You can have a lot of pride with all the work you've done/are doing.

Kim's Cobra front end looks showroom clean, Tim. Is that original? Or a repaint. Nice.

I highly recommend this stuff. You can see the clouds in the clarity of the paint.

Made it more shiny!! The CG stuff works pretty well.

May I ask how you each applied those products? I haven't had very good luck with CG recently so I'm trying to determine if it's user error on my part in some way.

Really I just get on their YouTube and saw how they do it and a bunch of new rags. Use a few for wiping off the product and a few for buffing because they get dusty after a while.

I applied by hand with one of their applicator pads. Then wiped off with a microfiber towel. I was dreading doing it, but the stuff went on very easy and came off just as easy. I also washed the car first with the glossworkz auto wash which is just as terrific. Anything in the glossworkz line has been clutch!

I attached a picture just after the wash and another pic after the wash and after I applied the glaze.

Finally finished up my winter projects that consisted of the following,
1.) Powder coated everything I could find
2.) Replaced all coolant tanks and power steering tank. 16 year old crusty ones pissed me off
3.) Added Bilstein HD shocks and struts. Factory ones were 16 years old with 33k on them.
4.) Replaced gas tank filler gasket
5.) Slapped in a dual catch can setup

All that's left is to take her for a shakedown rip to verify everything is working correctly and to give her a much needed wash after sitting since November.

Have a cars and coffee meet on Saturday morning, so I decided to wash the car. I wanted to put my D-10s which gave me the perfect opportunity to clean the wheel wells with degreaser, scrub, rinse, then applied some Chemical Guys Barebones to bring some shine to them.
