Driveway looks great.
Gonna look even better when that sod fills in and turns green!

Thanks Kevin.

Thanks, how have you been Alex? Haven't seen you in a while.

Brad whats up man. Got a new job. The last job at the truck dealership was killing me. I was lucky that I had sunday off and got to eat a sandwich for 5 minutes lunch. so I was MIA for a bit. I did that for 17 years it was time for a change. I was getting sick. Hospital visits, all crazy tests. The stress was indescribable. Thats new york city for ya.

Little update. Curbing in. Rest of the sod was done and rolled. New rock in the beds. Now to water 3 more weeks to let it root and be able to cut it. Wish the heck it would rain here. Water bill is gonna be stupid.

See below James. Battery is toast though.
I'll talk to my guy at HAARP and see if I can send some rain your way Brad

Pretty please, my water bill is gonna be stupid. At least they'll deduct the sewer side. We were supposed to get some storms yesterday afternoon, got dark and windy, but nothing.
probably not till the next mod reunion in FL lol
Pretty much spot on Jerry. Lol
Driveway looks good. What kind of grass you go with?
Bahia. I didn't want to put St. Augustine, pricey and I'd have to do a irrigation system.

The exterior is looking really good, Brad. I really do like the driveway. Landscaping looks good, too. Man, that's a serious mower, brother.

I never head of Bahia grass. Is it more common down there than St. Augustine grass?

its pretty popular but a lot of HOAs and stuff insist you have the damned St. Augustine which looks great but heavy maintenance.

Basically a weed that doesn't need water once rooted. Green, and easy to take care of. Mower kicks ass, makes cutting the grass fun.

Screw that stuff, constant water at least 3 times a week.

A few updates. House is getting painted. Front door will be a color called Chili Pepper. Ripped out the front screens in the entrance, lots of stucco patch to do. Added a stucco band. Last, having accordion and electric roll down shutters installed. I dropped the ball on those. 6-8 weeks for install. Don’t laugh at my finger. I was 10 deep in a case. Lol

I have a long way to go until I get my driveway all nice like yours.
Gonna be quite expensive to concrete this. We'll in which decade that'll happen. Lived here for 1 year and I hate the gravel, it's completely hopeless.
