No incentives. Cash deal. I am not financing this.
thanks, had to ask. this 3k ford cash burning a hole in my pocket i guess lol.

i almost had my mind made up on the raptor, then came across a whipple kit for the 7.3...at this point, if the right deal comes along for either of those, or a slightly used trackhawk, i may have a new DD.

congrats on your deal, sounds solid!

I sure am. Why Idaho though?

Some guy got 8 or 9k off his ordered rubicon when Colorado dealers would only give him a couple k off. I was looking at a 2 dr rubicon ad for $45k on a $53.5k msrp. Additional rebates like farm or college took it down to $43k.

Keep in mind I live in Canada.
MSRP: $84,149-CAD
Discounted Price: $74,868-CAD
Which is $54k USD

The dealer shown me the actual Ford invoice.

Congrats ,you will love the truck. It's crazy how you got it for under invoice and dealers here in California still want 10k over msrp. They give you the " what if I can talk my manager into selling it to you for msrp" line lol

Badass!

Killer price as well. Out here in San Diego, 54k gets you a used 2017/18 Raptor with 28,000+ miles on it. Not kidding.

Close friend who does fleet sales for Ken Grody Ford said the company as a whole as well as dealerships are hurting badly. No suprise there.

SoCal dealerships will cave eventually. Only a matter of time.

I wonder what they are going to do when the TRX is launched.
you may know more, but didn't they announce no 21 model year for the raptor? guessing that price will stay the same, as inventory is all that is left.

Maybe they are different with the tremor but after trying to get a raptor through them I would never buy anything from them. They just had the attitude of there such a large for dealership that as a customer you should be lucky to purchase from them

It is a different market here for sure. We can only buy Raptors through SVT dealers(we still have them here) but they are allocated almost 50-70 per dealer, so near the end of the model year they get steeply discounted.

I was looking at a 2019 S/Cab 801A(76k MSRP) and the dealer had it discounted to 68,500 CAD(49.7K USD) but the dealer was incredibly difficult to deal with.

All the Ken Grody dealerships are ridiculously higher priced. Its anger inducing. That said, their sales department is at the mercy of the upper management concerning pricing. Not much you can do in that type of environment.

You arent kidding. Being right on the coast in Carlsbad in the heart of **** You money land lets them price like that. Of course, they cant budge on price until the owner decides he's tired of not having as much profit fill his bank account. But its Carlsbad, not Calabasas.... North County Ford is worse and their sales mentality is horrible. I almost think that they do as they are because if they ease on pricing, they will never be able to jack their prices up again without people calling them out. I do think there is a big correction coming though, but I may be wrong.

Best Ford sales experience I had in San Diego was at Encinitas Ford. Bought my 2014 Mustang GT there as a model year clearance. Gave me enough off that it cleared the negative equity on my Harley I traded AND still had a few K off MSRP.

Its a dumpy looking dealer, but they move cars off that lot. At least they were in 2014.
