OEM blades lasted a year and a half, and that’s really good here considering how much the sun beats the hell out of stuff. Grabbed some Bosch blades (pretty cheap) off of Amazon, they suck ass.
Give me some input guys.

Yeah, I went over 2 years on OEM, but they are getting bad. Before this car I had beaters and it seemed everything autozone sold seemed to suck. I'm almost tempted to just get them from Ford.

Silicone wiper blades instead of rubber. Have a set on for about 2 years. Still going strong

Personally i feel ford/motorcraft makes the best blades for fords. Everything else i have tried sucks. And for the money you cant beat the ford/motorcraft

Bosch blades are some of the worst out there. Never had a set last a full year. Same deal with Anco. I usually run Michelin and Rain X blades with good results. I am actually running some Autozone blade on my beater truck and so far they have been great, not sure how long they'll live though.

On my daily, I use the RainX window treatment. At highway speeds, day or night, and even on 45mph surface streets, the water beads right up, you don't even need to turn them on! Stop and go, or low speed driving, at most I only need to use the "intermittent" setting. I also apply it to the wiper blades. When the application is fresh, it lasts about a month. Also, use their brand of washer fluid too.

Done the Bosch mistake aswell. Just a huge waste of money.
I usually go though one set/year and by the end of the year they're pretty damn rough due to our winters.
But I buy the cheapest I can possibly find from our equivilent of your AutoZone or whatever. They're like $5 a piece and last a year give or take.

I tried a bunch of different brands over the years and have had the best luck with OEM blades.

IMHO: If you polish your windshield, use Rain-X Windshield Washer Fluid, wipers don't make a heck of a lot of difference. Besides, if you do the first two, whatever wipers you do buy, they'll last longer.

Don't forget to clean the inside of your windshield...

We have been running AERO off of Amazon for the last little bit and so far they have been great.

Bosch Icons. I get 2-3 years out of a set. When those go out I'm going to try and replace the rubber with a silicone refill strip on the stock arms myself. It's much cheaper to replace the rubber strip than buy an entire arm
