I didn't plan to swap blowers just yet but, I picked up a Gen 3 2.9 at an unbelievable price. Too good to pass up.

So here I am with a basically stock terminator (60s, BAP) with no plans to do a return set up until NEXT winter. Too many mods already on my plate for this offseason and I don't know If the wife will agree to another 2k+ in fuel system and injector parts.

Anyway... Anyone running a newer whipple with a big upper with some 60s and a BAP?

I did returnless with twin GT pumps, duel fpdm, 80lb injectors and a BAP. It was plenty of fuel to make around 670hp on 93 and was even enough to run on e85 to make 720hp.

I have a Gen2 2.9 Std Inlet with 3.375" pulley, fore return system with 60# and BAP with stock fuel rails. Runs like a champ on 93. 625whp

I'd go bigger on injectors or injectors and rails so you don't have to pull the blower again.

I'll be pulling the motor next winter for cams that I have sitting on the shelf anyway...

If I could squeeze a couple more grand out of the bank account without the wife knowing, Id be in good shape..

But after buying this Whipple, MM kmember, ARH headers, IW balancer and a bunch miscellaneous small stuff (gauges, MGW, SOS pod, Metco idlers, this list is seriously long) she isn't going to be okay with the cam install and a fuel system.

Maybe I'll sell off the cams and pick up a fuel system now and worry about those down the road.

Yeah, problem is I have the kmember headers and cams now..

I for sure want to do the kmember now because I need to lower the front end an inch or two..... and since the kmember is out it only makes sense to do headers..

If whipple didn't have these damn sales I wouldn't be in this predicament. LOL

IMO, put the stuff you have in, but shelve the blower until you can get the bigger fuel system. I went through something similar with my 01 when I installed the F1A. I kept telling myself I'd just detune it. I think I lasted a month before I was looking for bigger fuel components.
