We have installed a set of 24lb GM #0280155931 injectors on 04 Mustang GT full bolt ons (LT headers with x-pipe and mufflers, Edelbrock Jr victor Intake manifold, 6061 custom elbow with 75mm BBK Throttle body, underdrive pulleys, 90mm Lightening MAF, 3.55 gear ratio, Aluminum driveshaft) and HP S292 cams.

What are the specs on them? I don't think we can use the FRPP 24lb data on them right?

I am looking for the following data value:
  • Fuel Injector Breakpoint
  • Fuel Injector Hi Slope
  • Fuel Injector Low Slope
  • Fuel Injector Minimum Pulse Width
  • Fuel Injector Pressure drop
  • Injector Comp Battery volts table
I tried to use the data on Decipha website but not enough data value and didn't work with me. Injector Data / EFIDynoTuning

I would really apricate your support.

It's not there i already checked before i post this thread. No GM injectors value files in SCT Software.

I even went through HPTuner sowftware from a friend laptop and enter the file for corvette C5 as they are using those injector size to get the data but couldn't find what i listed from the 1st post. I found that those two softwares are totally different from each other and even the unit they are using.

unlikely your gonna find that data in ford format

just set both slopes to 24 multiply the stock offset by 0.75 and just dial it in

no big deal

Hi Decipha, So from what you explain the following should be the correct data right?

Fuel Injector Breakpoint: 0.00001001
Fuel Injector Hi Slope:0.0068997 which is (24.839/3600)
Fuel Injector Low Slope:0.0068997 which is (24.839/3600)
Fuel Injector Minimum Pulse Width: 0.00070
Fuel Inj offset Multiplier FordeltaP: all rows should be 0.75

no

set both slopes to 24
24/3600== 0.006667

breakpoint is disabled when slopes are equal

minimum pw should always be 0 in all tunes

leave all of the deltap multipliers at stock values

go to the injector voltage offset function and load the stock values back in thrn multiply the whole y axis by 0.75

then go rape the maf to dial it in. Then once u have her dialed in compare it to the known maf and adjust the injector parameters to get them to match or if u dont have a known maf then otherwise leave it be.

Got it. Thank you very much for the support.
