@beau t, the floor is metallic epoxy... a mix of blue with silver mixed in over a black primer base and swirled to make “waves” with a squeegee, chemicals and a leaf blower. It is topped off with a polyurethane clear coat.

Thanks for the comments.

Currently having this mental fight though. Buy a house with a 2 car garage for like 250K, or head up around or into the 300K range for a 3 car.

For 50,000 you can build a lot of garage --- just my 2 cents.
Exactly. Especially with metal buildings. They go up quick too. I need to build an additional garage for things I don’t even own yet (tractor, Jeep, dump trailer, camper, etc..). I don’t like leaving anything outside.

2.5 minimum honestly. I have a 2 car with small laundry area at the front and there’s just not enough room for toolboxes etc and still get in/out of 2 vehicles easily

Nice, big garage! I'd love to have a lift life yours. Are those spiral fluorescents? I just replaced a ceiling fixture in my storage closet that had one. Yeah, some 4' LEDs would work out great for you, and throw off a lot more light.
