went racing yesterday, was hoping for a low 11 second pass but my tires are shot. First pass of the day I had a decent 60ft (1.8 something) for street tires but they were only running 1/8 mile then. I need some drag radials as I really wanna run 10's before I mod the viper. Still had a a blast and its great being back at the track again, as I was on a very long hiatus but started racing again once I got the viper a few months ago. (cobra I had was a vert and there was no way i was putting a roll bar in it just to run)

Spent the weekend at my buddies charity fundraiser.

Sat in a 2020 GT500 and took first place in the Mustang Cobra class at the car show. Ate good, drank good, had a great time with some great friends and raised some money to fight cancer. Congrats Todd! Wanted to make it out there. Went to Cruise to the Woods today, a little closer to home.

This weekend was a busy one for me.
Yesterday, I did some laundry and spent 2 hours on cleaning the Roush.

Today, I took the Roush out for a ride this morning and cut/cleaned my front yard after lunch.
2 hours doing that as the grass was long and the leaves are dropping.

Congrats! I was lurking around the Dells on Friday. Was kind of a ghost town. I tried to get in on a cruise but they were all filled up. Did'nt go on Saturday for fear of my car melting. Oh well, maybe next year. It wasn't a complete waste on Friday as I ate lunch at "Edge o dells" and after whipped some donuts in their burn out lot.

Thanks! Next year stay for the whole event. It's always the first weekend in October.

Sounds good! I'm going to mark the calendar for 2020. Did you go on some of the cruises, if so how many cars were on each cruise?

I didn't do any cruises this year due to timing and weather. Usually the turnout for the cruises is pretty good though.

Be sure to hunt me down next year and say Hi.

Took a vacation day yesterday and we were supposed to spend the weekend at the cabin and winterize it. However the wife has been dealing with some vertigo and not up to the drive. So yesterday I went up to winterize and close our cabin and came back home. Racked up 858 miles for the day.

Not sure what today will bring. Maybe relaxation.

I've got a buddy on his way over with his boat that I store in my shed for him over the Winter. Then off to lunch. Probably spend the rest of today doing yard work, etc.

Sounds like tomorrow morning will be a breakfast cruise with another buddy or two and then watch some football while doing laundry.

Went to Mystic, CT for the day yesterday. Nice relaxing day with my wife, following by some good seafood for dinner. Today, as soon as it warms up (35 degrees right now) I'll wash my G70. I figure another couple of weeks and it will be time to put a cover on her for the winter season. Can't drive it in cold weather with the summer-only tires and it's too expensive to buy a set of winter wheels/tires due to the tire sizes. Thankfully my wife and I work together so I can "hitch a ride" to and from the office.
