Is this neighbor next door or down the street? Just grab a shovel, scoop all of the poop, and throw it back into his yard.

When he asks you why, you say, just taking out the trash to the dump brah.

tell him it needs to stop. If it doesn't

1) buy cheap water balloon sling shot
2) buy cheap, thin dog poop bags
3) load bags in sling shot, aim at this house and/or vehicles

He's across the street 2 houses up. What I don't get is on the other side of his house is a big open field used by no one. Why in the world not walk the dog there?

And to clarify for everyone I have no intention of harming the dog, I'm a dog owner and lover and of course the dog has no clue hes doing anything wrong. Just walking where his owner takes him

Ah, then skip the friendly "I'm sure you probably don't know" part of what I wrote earlier. If he gives you crap over it (no pun intended), print out pictures of him doing it, send it to all neighbors including him stating "this is unacceptable behavior in our neighborhood, please pick up after your animals"

Simple, to the point. Whatever you do, don't abuse the dog.

If you are non confrontational this is the way

I had this happen with my next door neighbor
Caught in the act. Wife opened opened their side door two little yappy things came out to squat in my yard.
She stood there smoking obviously not noticing me working on my car.
I walked straight at her staring her down, she whistled her dogs in and slammed the door.
She never never made eye contact with me again nor did I ever find crap in my yard again.
They have no respect for you, don't show them any either

I should mention though that I work out consistently and probably have 50 lbs on the husband, probably a deterrent to continued lawn pooping

Not even internet savvy once.

Klunt. I am most definitely disappoint.

Your shit reads like an illiterate chinaman typing into google translate. But you are one of the more clever illiterate chinamen so I will give you a gold star for the day.

Use your words big boy. If he refuses to do anything kindly return the piles of shit to him.
or
Put a stand with the tools to pick it up and a small trash can in your lawn as a courtesy.

I don't see why this is such a big deal

I can’t stand people that do this. I would say something, catch them in the act and ask if they need a bag to pick it up. People are inconsiderate nowadays. I caught a neighbor cutting limbs off our our trees recently. She got real nasty with me, I just asked how would she feel if I went over to her house and started cutting her trees up. Good luck OP, I hope the guy acts right.
