Wondering if you guys know of a Camper trailer (either 5th wheel or gooseneck) that has a Camper section and a section that can haul a full sized offroader. Like a classic Bronco or modern Wrangler?

Most of the 5th wheel toy haulers Ive seen have generous garages, but I dont think they are rated at all for full sized vehicles like a JLU Wrangler.

Idea is that I could pack the Wife and maybe a future family up in a Super Duty, while pulling a camper trailer with Wrangler on it to an off road campsite.

One of the old presidents of a local car club had a toy hauler he picked up specifically for hauling his classic Mustang. I know it was one of the bigger ones with triple axles. So they're out there. Beyond that maybe a race trailer with a sleeper.

I found one on CL today that may fit the bill for you. I’ll post it in a bit.

You could build a redneck toy hauler if you're wanting to do it on the cheap. Very common with the off-roading community around me. Throw a truck bed camper on a goose-neck flatbed and use the back half to tow a car/rig like normal.

Those Logan Ultimates look really nice. Per Jeep data, a JLUR should fit between the fenders. Whenever we get it, we dont plan on modifying it much. Wife really likes the Rubicons as they are (which means we spend less). haha

Also, looks like a 6.5 ft box Super Duty can handle a gooseneck.

Hmmm... 2020+ F350 Tremor 4x4 sounds about right to pull one :D

What about a slide in camper for a truck bed mounted to a good neck trailer?

96Dreamer mentioned that. Definitely will make for some good weekend research. Probably cheaper too haha.

If you have a trailer manufacturer you like, shoot the pickup bed camper up front idea to them. Bet you wouldn't be the first guy and might be able to optimize for it.

I put my mustang in mine and it fit easier than I thought it would.

This is really just a function of GVWR vs empty trailer weight.
