Installed some new hood vents. Went with the Trackspec motorsports vents.

Replaced all the bearings in the inner idler bearings. Threw a new belt and tensioner on as well. Then put the bridge back on and guessed at the spacing for the Roush tensioner. Hopefully I got it close.

The mounting pad for the pulley is a little deeper. I picked up some washers from Home Depot and they seemed to do the trick.

What is the mounting pad you mentioned, is it for the whole unit or just the pulley??? I just swapped my pulley and bolted it right up, everything lined up fine (eyeball calibration) with no shimming. My only issue was not having the stock bolts to use, I had to reuse and add spacers to the bolts from the tensioner brace I had on previously but that was it. Still need to get some stock bolts.

Installed the JLT, changed plugs, and slapped on a new belt.

(And dropped the bolt for the heat shield into the engine bay/eternal abyss and spent 30 minutes looking for it without success. Luckily I have spare bolts.)

Just the pulley. If you hold both unit side by side you can see the Roush unit extends further than the stocker. If its bolted up without some kind of shim it'll hit the bridge. Did you add spacers between the bridge and tensioner body?

It's a 4lb lower and a 3.5 upper. I'm hoping for no more than 23lbs. I have a 3.65 I can throw on it its gets to be too much. When I talken to lethal and whipple that's what we came up with. Obviously every combo is different but this is my starting point.
