Thanks man. I think that would be an incredible look; I have no idea your budget but if that's what you want (and clearly a brilliant idea ;)) what the Hell is another few hundred bucks at this point? Hell, you emergency powder coated your k-member for Christ's sake. :D I just think the 'blotchiness' of having the carbon hood, painted roof, and carbon lid wouldn't tie in right. Your decision but I think your anal retentiveness with the project will show you the light.:p Not to mention there won't be another new edge in the country that has the same look you pull off.......

Seems like there is only one real answer to this dilemma.

While I love that roof (was definitely aware of it when I ordered my hood) it’s not going to happen. That would set this project back on too many levels. That’s asking to add another 90 days by the time it arrives and gets installed. That’s NOT a simple install, not to mention it’s probably a $2-3k addition with labor. At nearly $40k in new parts alone already...I will have to get creative with what I’ve got. Like I said...I want this thing done and we’ve got some nice momentum right now.

This project is like my mullet. The overall project is just something eye catching. The sides are what everyone see's but its the front, top and back that flows and really ties the whole thing together

Very understandable! Gotta draw the line somewhere.

Black ceramic coated Saleen magnaflow

And here is your complete suspension setup. Gloss navy panhard rod and H&R sway bar that matches up with the coil over springs for that added subtle touch. Ummm wow

PS I swear I have one of the most talented car builders in metro Detroit that nobody knows about. If you’re in the area and you need autorama quality work....hit me up, I’ve got your guy.
