Yea man it's terrible but I can't have my daughter in danger. He acts the same way with my son like you're describing about yours playful but he can be rough because he doesn't know his own strength. .. It's totally different with my daughter. It makes her cry too because all she wants to do is love him. He's never shown one ounce of aggression toward me, I'm perplexed.
Because you're bigger. He knows you're the alpha in the family. Good luck getting it worked out!

I married into two Chihuahuas. Wouldn't be my choice of dog but I love them all the same. They are getting old now and I bet we have about 4K in each from medical issues. Three types of medicine daily for the rest of their life..not cheap either. But it would destroy my wife otherwise and well I wouldn't be happy about it either.

Damn, that sucks about the dogs' issues.
My last dog had diabetes and I had to give her 2 insulin shots a day, 12 hours apart. I spent about 130 bucks every 3 months on the insulin and needles.

I’m the guy that plays with dogs while at parties instead of chatting with people. When my puppy died at an age of 13 I cried like a baby and stuck around after she passed for 30 minutes just to make sure she knew how much I loved her.

I said that I wouldn’t buy/adopt another dog for one year so that I could give Sasha the respect she deserved and it’s been a tough year.

God damn allergies!!!

It is. I used to work with a Phillipino guy that told me how they'd eat dog back in the Philippines. I told him how weird I found that since we have them as pets. He said they don't live to eat over there they eat to live. It's all just food to them.

That's why we have 2 Great Danes, you know......in case times get tough.

I wouldn't say "the rest of the world sees them as food", I'd narrow that back to third world countries see them and damn near anything else as food. The whole "beneath us, filthy creatures" mentality I think comes from Islamic countries. But who are they to talk with the kiddie diddlin and goat touchin?

When I was in Japan last Nov, I saw a lot of people with (little) dogs. Dog accessory stores were all over the place as well, seemed like every mall had a place where you could buy stuff for your dog, big stores too.

I wish I had a picture of this, but when I went to Daikoku Futo on a Sunday morning, a couple pulled up in a 64.5-66 Mustang fastback. Guy gets out, wearing a leather jacket, black slicked back hair, oakley looking sunglasses on, and he's holding this tiny tiny ass dog like a shih tzu or something like it in his arms. That pretty much summed up dogs in Japan for me.

That's why they are sh*thole countries.

Predominantly yes, a perfect example below

I'd say the people of the Philippines are living in the "apocalyptic crisis" zone 24/7/365

I knew typing that out that I would be the subject of some jokes. That’s aright though. I’m so confident in myself that it’s all good.

You rule the world, brother.

I want to get a dog but Vegas ain't the best place for one in my opinion. I like bigger dogs and to me they need lots of grass and land to play around in. I don't have it. Also, some days I'm gone for 14 hours. And since I live alone that's too long for a dog to be alone. Not much longer till I'm out of here, though.

Get a small house type dogo then on the days you are away a long time have someone stop by and walk your dog once or twice. Usually for a fair price you can find someone competent.
