New look with classics
Trying out blacked out headlights/tails too. Liking so far....maybe coincidence but noticed after an hour of driving, more people move over in the fast lane now when I’m behind them...Lol!

What was the difference??? Weight savings would be the only reason I would ever take off my SVT Chrome rims.

I didn’t weigh them but could instantly tell the CCW were lighter. I would guess 17-20lbs for the CCW

Plus the density of the wheels is a consideration. AFS are low density cast and the CCW are forged.

I speculate the low density casting could be a reason why the chrome peels and the barrels oxidize.

Polished pipes take a lot of time, but the result is worth it. And, you'll get to line them up again. LOL.
