I was looking through the remainder of my 95R stuff and came across this, I knew I had it, but could not put my hands on it until this morning. It is a Ford "FrontLine report" that was videoed at Ford and released as a news cast to employees, some dealerships also used this video information for training.

It begins as a news cast.........

There is a roving reporter on the assy. line as the 95R is being put together, below the dash has just been installed.....

Then there is discussion about specifics......

Then there is an interview, not sure who this is?? but I think he may have been the person who named a Cobra a Terminator....Not sure.......

The assy. being readied for installation.....

The reporter pointing out that assy. line workers had installed a larger ring on the transmission fixture for the larger Cobra R tail shaft housing while leaving the smaller ring for regular production............

"Stuffing" the 5.8 assy. on the assy. line......

Assy. line worker attaching......Note Koni.....

The famous "off assy. line" hood install......

A couple more interviews........

The finished product.....

There is soooo much more cool info. in this video, it is quite a unique piece of documented 95R history.

The video is a little more clear, but it is old......and the Nikon CoolPix camera I was using to take the pictures is from 2001..........

Years ago, and I do mean years ago, when we lived in our previous house (we have been in our current house since 2006) I came across a 100+ page collection of 1995 Cobra R build documents that had been kept in the manila folder shown below by someone at the Dearborn Assy. Plant who was close to the 95R production. These documents came up for sale by the son of the late employee. Also included in those documents was the magazine in the lower right of the picture below.........Could that magazine be the same exact magazine that was used in this video and then came with these 100+ pages related to the 95R build? I would say probably yes, but there would be no way of knowing for sure....

^^^^^The Dearborn employee even kept the meeting rosters related to the 1995 Cobra R build.

This is really good stuff, thanks for sharing. It would be great if that video could be downloaded to YouTube for all to see.
I’m thinking Todd (CobraR77) would like to put this video on his YouTube channel by the same name. His channel has the most amount of Cobra R race footage available anywhere. I highly recommend it for any Cobra R fans. Here's the link;
