Is BGG performance/ GiJoe still doing 8 rib kits? Looking to convert my 1999 mustang Novi 2000 to 8 rib and their website is dead. I haven't seen anything from GiJoe lately either.

The kit is just the needed pullies from an F150 and some shims. Contact Steve at Tasca. He should be able to set you up and save you some money. That's the route I went with my F1A.

Just went through this. Gi joe is a great guy. Had a issue with slop between the alternator and ps pump. And It’s been a year since I bought it from him. I reached out to him explaining the issue, he told me to bump up the water pump pulley size and seems like everything has proper tension now. Had to grind down that bracket/spacer going to the alternator and block along with pushing the blower bracket as high as possible but everything clears now. Still with the factory tensioner too, the 600 dollar American racing solutions tensioner isn’t going to work so here comes the fight to return this unusable item. All in all I’d recommend that 8 rib kit just solely based on the customer service, a year out from the purchase try finding that with other businesses.

Regardless who you go with your probably going to have sizing issues. We are changing from six rib to eight spacing the blower out adding three pullies to the system and if you’re like me you’re installing a big ass crank pulley

I'm glad he helped you, he wouldn't even take the time to tell me to go **** myself.

Nobody is perfect, that’s a fact of life that’s for sure. Sucks you had a bad experience with him. I’m sure he regrets any bad business but **** happens. Hey at least he really didn’t take the time to say go **** yourself lol. Maybe your bad experience made him readjust his customer service side.
