Got it. Just wondering. If you were just after performance; why not build the motor in the gt and go stand alone. Everything else seems up to par.
Nice setup btw.

Yeah, remember when the R came out. wanted one but only 300 bilt was not possible. Then the Terminator came out, I was like ehh.. Then the Mustang magic / Snakebite videos came out and had to have one. lol.
Thanks man. Ya the videos of the cobra don't help at all! And performance wise goes without saying theyre awesome. But that's honestly why I have mine built the way I did. It was build everything around the engine to hold more power and then build the engine which is were I'm at now. I could make great power building the engine but the money I'd stick in and have a 20k gt worth 12 is hard to swallow. And at the end of the day, I want something that's looks good, has power and sounds nasty. And hopefully not lose a butt load if sold

Can't go wrong buying a cobra.. They hold their value decently.
Your car should sell pretty quick, if you decide to go that route.
Most credit unions / banks around Wisconsin still seem to hand out loans for them. Average 5%-7% interest / 4yr, from what I've found.

I gonna be honest. The car is only gonna be about 7-8k. You have a few things that are killing you off the bat.

1. Smog for states the require it.

2. Stock bottom with that kinda power is a ticking time bomb

3. None factory body parts and new paint(looks great) hurts value.

4. Past records (any accidents?)

5. Miles on car at that power level.

Good luck. Never hurts to start off at 12k. But i know anyone looking on svtp know what the value really is.

I hear ya man. That's why I don't wanna put anymore money into it. Its only worth so much. Smog states i didnt think about cause we don't have any of that here. No accidents on car but am being careful at current power level. Again we turned it down after that run. Even so those are good points and appreciate the input. I'm thinking this is for someone on a budget that wants a cool car for the money or someone that wants to keep it, do some internals and let it eat.

Your best bet is like stated post of Facebook forums and even craigslists and things like that. Put it out there for 12k OBO and see what kind of hits you get. Looking at the pics its a beautiful looking car. Hoping some younger guy/girl likes what you have done offers you something close to asking price.

I agree. I'm assuming that's what kind of crowd will be looking at it. That's where I figured I'd start. I just didn't know with having a lot of upgraded parts on a gt, what the selling range is to start at. Sounds like starting 12k is a good start and see where it leads. You know everyone low balls now days anyways. And like most of us that build a car the way we want were going to lose money but that's the way it is right Appreciate it man

Small world. Drove by there a few days ago. That area use to be the "dragstrip" for a few of us years ago until rock county decided to hangout there now. Before was riverside until it was redone.

Weather is about to be nicer for car fun. Get out and cruise it to local shows and throw a for sale sign. With spring and tax return season, someone will like that flashy yellow and a turbo Mustang they can drive right now. It’ll sell. The Terminator is worth the swap.
