But the real question is do any of you "in the know" want to say the rotary shift dial isn't so or is that too much of a secret for you guys to post up? LOL.

I don't care to play games with you. If you have something to share that the community at large may benefit from, find a better way to get your message across. Save the tease BS that you so brazenly mix in with a side of arrogance for somewhere else.

Out of ALL the things to puff your chest out about being maybe correct, a rotary dial would certainly be at the BOTTOM of shit we care about as automotive enthusiasts.

Rotary dial? Great... so your saying I have to get the engine to 9k rpm to have enough power to shift the gears now? F that. I want a big block dial. Just big huge cubic inches, none of this rotary crap.

This is a torqueless piece of crap. Spin it to 10,000 rpm, still has none of the torque.

4 more days........will be very exciting to see what has transformed from the 2013 / 2014 GT500.
I road in a GT350 and the car handles great. Can't wait to see what more horsepower will feel like in the GT500....

A couple years ago I saw your post about a twin turbo 5.0. Made 800whp on minimal boost or something and was an absolute monster. I was naive and trusted that you actually knew what the hell you were speaking of. I then told my brother about this monster gt500 coming out that year. We were both super excited. He recently asked me if it was still gonna have this killer powertrain when he heard of the reveal next week. I forgot I had told him that and had to explain how you were full of shit. I literally laughed out loud when he asked me that. It’s stories like this that are responsible for the responses you have gotten.

...dep raped my innocence. I’m violated in ways I’ll never overcome. I’m no longer whole. I too bought into the idea of twin turbo... I too drank the dep laced koolaid...

That said, I plan to turbo convert a gt500. That’ll make me whole. All is good.

You fools, he knows it has a rotary knob... The TT talk was just to mask that fact for a year while they changed between shades of anthracite for the knob. (Hence the delay)

That motor was in development and it's not unusual for things to change, especially when a product is 2 years past it's original planned date. I'd still look for it in the future (after all, Ford puts a turbo on just about everything these days)...unless the next one is electric.

Not saying it will be electric, so no need to start bashing, but once their new electric performance based SUV hits the market I think there will be a lot of interest in an electric all wheel drive performance car from Ford. There's no doubting or denying the performance of EV's and it's only going to get better.


P.S. Still nobody has come out and said it won't have a rotary knob...hmmmm.

^only knob we should discuss is the new trunk release door knob. The pics obviously show a proper door knob to exit the trunk. The pull hand was reminiscent of a male sex organ, and deemed a hurtful image. PR department has handled this situation.

Look for a full breifing in just 3 days. There. Insider info finally released. I was due to be laid off anyways since the car is mostly done now.
