New to mustangs and the USA

Hi all

I’m Alex and I’ve just moved to Mississippi from the UK to work and have decided that I want to buy a terminator cobra. I’ve always loved that shape and I’ve always wanted a supercharged V8. I am like a big child when it comes to cars!

I owned a Ford Escort RS Cosworth running 530bhp and 4wd. I sold that just before moving here. It was amazing and got all sorts of attention! I want something to put that smile on my face again!

I genuinely think the 2003 cobra is one of the best cars and I love my Fords! So I thought I would sign up here and would love to get information and try and find one!

Pleasure to meet you all, I’m going to try and not just ask stupid questions!

I'm not an Escort fan, but a Cosworth in the US is rare. I would have considered keeping that one while adding a Cobra to the collection.

As for Mississippi; I wish you luck. Depending on where you are there is good music and food to be had.

Here’s the escort. She was a rare beast and was absolutely nuts. I loved it.

It had a huge Garrett GT30 turbo, though it would have been beaten off the line by a stock civic as the turbo lag was horrendous!

I always maintained that car and want something just as fast and something to keep me occupied.

It was very clean and I always played to make it better. Cost me a small fortune! Now I want a terminator to waste all my money on!

It was as big as the head. Though it was producing 42psi of boost... the power curve was pretty much straight up. It was a handful!

I'm only 8 hours or so from you. Keep an eye out for cruising the coast and scraping the coast. Fun events but the police have been hitting people hard recent years.

Also look up mod nationals. It will be in November this year at South Georgia Motorsorts Park. Fastest Modular Cars all together for one big event.
