I’ve said it before - I really like that setup. I have two of the replicas waiting for just such a conversion one of these days.

Thanks. Yes the fitment is so well. I went ahead and had 2 sets done so I'd have a backup set if I find another cobra. At stock height they are literally bolt on. No fender mods required. And no spacers.

Thanks so much for the pics and the quick reply. Am I understanding correctly that the replicas will NOT work well on the front due to backspacing? Also do you think there is room to squeak out another half inch to make it 10.5" @ the stock ride height? I ask because I am curious about running a 315 DR. Thanks again!

I will tell you front's will bolt on but have a a 3/4" difference in offset toward the outside. So it would hang out unless you did gt rotors.
On rears. Mine have a 1/4" gap on inside of tire to inner fender. You could do in more I'm sure with some inner fender work but I didn't want to touch mine being all stock car.

Sounds good, thanks again!

Everyone, BE SURE to measure your stock wheel clearance side to side. In other words, be sure your rearend is darn close to being perfectly centered. If not, you could
Have an interference issue either with the inner fender, or with outer fender lip.

Worn bushings in upper control arm can easily shift rear 1/2” or more to one side or the other.

I own 5 foxes I've never had any shifted 1/2". This could be possible with higher mile car with bad bushings. But it goes for any application not just this one. Mine has a perfect 1/4" on both inners. Lowered application's will need fender rolling no doubt. This way saves you from widening a stock rear then having to space out with adapters.

I’ve seen practically brand new ones shifted over 1/4” back in the day. They are fairly well known for not being perfectly centered.

Mine was a bad upper control arm bushing.

Yep 1/4" is definitely understandable. Mine has 30k so everything still in nice shape. But I'm from the day where we usually want a 6.5 bs. 10" weld. And we usually massage to fit. But not this one. I don't want to touch it!

Good choice not to touch. Very rare that these cars haven’t been run hard at one point or another. Upper control arm bushings and/or torque boxes tweaked is all it takes.
