Has anyone every tried deep frying a steak? Check this video out. I'm not sure I could waste deep frying a steak on a Ribeye, Strip, or T-Bone. Maybe a Sirloin just to see what it tasted like.

oh wow and on a related note, just saw this today on FB...it seems so wrong, but I wanna try it, maybe with some small tri-tip/sirloin cuts...

Maybe if I was a college student...but 4 full cycles in the toaster is twice as long as I cook a inch-inch and 1/2 ribeye on the grill. Actually even longer, as I don’t go over 2 min per side, per angle for a total of 8 min max.

I’d only try it on cheap piece of meat, no way would I try it on nice cut. The results are bound to vary greatly from toaster to toaster.

Other than to see what happens I don’t see the point. Now that deep fried steak...count me in. Actually watched a few other videos of his and subscribed, good shit on that channel.
