Why the hell did I get married?

Edit - checked my account and Dip Dungles is still there. May have to make a comeback.....

I've been retro gaming a lot lately. Bought a used Wii. Letter bombed it and playing the hell out of NES, SNES, GCN and Wii titles. Haven't played any shooters in a long time now.

well its time to knock the dust off! :) hehehehe

I've honestly never played a Wii or GC......

WTF?! Love me some Mario Kart...especially with a group of car friends over. It gets loud and competitive real quick. LMAO. The Wii is worth it just for the Mario Galaxy games IMO.

Right? Mario Kart can get violent lol. I'm thinking real hard about buying one of those Raspberry Pis that come with controllers, and all that crap. All you have to do is load the roms.

I'd seriously consider getting a used Wii instead. Let me explain. I've gamed on a friends R Pi and it works but it loads so slow and the interface just isn't as good as my Homebrew Wii. Wii is 100% Gamecube backwards compatible. You can load Roms into it and it plays them perfectly. I currently have Mario Kart from SNES, N64, Game Cube and Wii all on a harddrive that loads on the Wii. Yes the setup cost more but it's worth it. I spent like $250 for the whole setup and that included the Wii, 4 Wiimotes, 4 Hori battle game pads. The Hori battle pads plug right into the Wiimote so it's a wireless experience.

Also N64 emulation on R Pi and Wii sucks ass. However the Virtual Console N64 titles work flawless on Wii. 2 Player MK N64 on R Pi is so laggy & unplayable.

I just hate the Wii controllers, that's why I've never really considered it. Plus, I'm interested in many of the original NES games, and I don't know if it supports those. I would assume so, but I've never investigated.

I have the whole NES and SNES libraries on it and they work flawless. NES game play with the Wiimote turned sideways is just like a NES controller. Much better than a Xbox or PS4 controller on Pi. Plus the Wiimote is wireless. Search Hori Battle Pad. I use that for SNES. You can also use a Wii Classic Controller.

s so you either developed real skill or got trashed.

My strategy on FarCry was learning the ramp points on every map to get into the woods and knifing campers or anyone near the woods before disappearing back in the woods. I saw a German dude do it one time like a ghost on crack and figured I'd give it a go. Not glitching or anything.

Lmfao.. just lmfao

I have like 34 days on MW2. LMAO. PS4 though.

Whats your PSN

Noobtubing was lame. The tomahawk throw across the map at spawn was the true skill. Was only able to do it a couple of times.

I think I need to get back to MW2. WWII sucked balls. Played it less than a month and wasted my money on the deluxe version.

I have the next 5 weeks off from work and I can't remember but I think I could be a 5th prestige 70 with my account. I got excited reading all the replies! I used to play with Tiff back in the day on Halo when modular powerhouse was big time in modular world.

Is it hard to find time to play with a 6 month old baby?

6 months? No. Infants are easy to game around. They are always where you put them last and they don’t understand what’s happening. It’s when hey get mobile and start asking “Daddy, why did that man’s head explode?” that it becomes a problem.

Lol oh man i loved the Javelin Glitch. That was hilarious. It worked best on the map that had a cave in the middle with 3 entrances.

Switch to javelin, aim, hold fire and then let off aim...you can sprint real fast. If someone shoots you, you explode and kill everyone. I would run in that cave with all the campers, with the Jav glitch and they would all run out and not shoot you lol. No one would kill you within 50 yards. Man that used to make people rage lol. If you have never seen the Jav glitch, youtube it. Its hilarious. If you ran into a building with campers, they wouldnt kill you.

I played a ton when my son was first born (I was out of work briefly for leave) because all they do is suck on tits and sleep. it gets progressively harder to find time as they age. Now that my son is 11 months if i try to play he sees the xbox logo lit up and hauls ass to the xbox and touches it to turn it off, undoubtly this always happens 1 kill away from a killstreak.

Its ok though he turns it back on, then off, then on, then off, then on, then off, until I rip the cord out of the xbox.

What's a noob tube?

Whatever it is, i find it entertaining yall are complaining about a weapon everyone can get. The same goes for spawn killing. Get good.

And no, i dont even play the game. We used to spawn kill in halo 1 tournaments. The money and prizes we won were still valid lol.
