I’ve ran a fbo cobra that was on dr and he pulled out on me every time on the hit . After that it was me steam roiling him pretty good . I think the faster you go the harder it will be to beat a vette . But I’m heads/cam with headers . If it helps you any I’ve beat a 620 and 680 rwhp 5.0 already. I will be getting a rematch with cobra owner though since it will be a 2.3 vmp on e85 making 650-700 rwhp . I expect to get walked lol

I'd bet he had headers as well if it was really loud. Also depends on year of C6, the LS3's with bolts on's, cam and headers can be a pretty quick car. Try him again on your DR's and see how it goes.
Once a C6 gets out of 2nd and you have been holding side by side with him, most of the time it is game over. I feel that way in my C6Z, she pulls like a train until 5th. Well that is what they say, 5th comes around 162-165 MPH and I have yet to try that lol. FBO Cam LS3's are around 470ish rwhp to 500 rwhp+. It definitely would be a good race if you guys could wind out 3rd and go into 4th.

if you're winning at about 100 he's just gonna hit the nitrous and smoke you. they all do it. the ole ''cam only" story means cam, FAST intake, full exhaust, and nitrious when they're losing to stangs. and believe me that combo is pretty damn fast
