I drove mine down for many years. I still would, main reason I tow down is for the N.Y. and CT roads. They suck so bad. Not worth ****ing up my car driving through those states with it packed up with tools and stuff for the week. Also, it is more comfortable to ride in a big open truck for 13 hrs and then in the car for the last 2. (I leave the truck in NC and drive the car the last little bit)

I don't think i could even fit everything in in my car if i wanted to haha. Plus its nice to have the peace of mind that if i brake something down in myrtle I'm not counting on driving the car 900 miles home.

I have no problem fitting everything. But once the car was fully loaded the ass end was so low that I was rubbing on every small bump in the road. honestly thought I was going to blow a tire. And on the way back my WOT box was malfunctioning. So the car died about 6-7 times on my way home.

Yaaaa that doesn't sound like fun. Its enough of a pain in the ass making the 18 hour drive. NVM dealing with vehicle issues along the way.

I would like to trailer myself but a small convoy of Badass Mustangs rolling down I-95 isn't something u get to do very often if ever lol so I mite "Role the dice myself". Have to upgrade the AAA plan tho haha.

Tempted to get in on this. Would rather trailer down but might role the dice with driving.

I'm trailering mine regardless. Granted the first few hours of the trip would be fun but after that the drive gets long. Plus its nice having the added piece of mind that you can drive your car hard down there and not worry about breaking something.

Everyone have there time reserved off from work?? :)

yeah we had a blast in 2015. Ideally roll with a group that is also trailering and you know if someone has a problem you are covered
