FatFab GT/GT350 Twin Turbo Development

Hey guys!!

We have been working on our final production twin turbo kit and I wanted to share some progress. The kit will have a few changes from the custom kits we have been doing. These are the parts that will be used in our 800R, 1000R and 1200R turbo packages.

We now have custom mandrel bent header tubes that we fit up and weld in house using our 304 Stainless Steel billet collector. Billet collectors add a ton of strength and durability. All the runners are heavy wall 304 stainless to withstand the abuse of a high horsepower turbo setup.

This is the very first set of our turbo headers being mocked up to be welded.

We are also switching to Xona Rotor turbos. This is a collaboration between Tial Sport and Forced Performance Turbochargers and their brainchild is a badass turbo has a billet center section, ball bearing center cartridge, billet compressor wheel, anti surge compressor cover and a stainless steel turbine housing!! Plus they are just beautiful.

Tony's One Bad GT350 #98 is the 1st car to receive these updates and we are excited to get it on the dyno for some testing. Stay tuned for some more development pics and info.

FP knows their shit. I bought several turbos from them back in my DSM days.

Kit looks amazing!

Ever consider looking into Nelson Racing for their mirror image turbos?

Are the Turbos available to buy separately and is there a V-Band option?

WE know FP from back in our DSM days as well :)

No but Garrett makes mirror image now as well, the extra cost wasnt worth it in this situation though.

I get that completely. You guys do beautiful work, I just wondered if the symmetry would have made it an easier design. I am working with a set of Nelson turbos now and am liking it. One of your gt350s is now on my bucket list!

Subscribing.
Talked to you at PRI and very impressive.
Any more details on the Xona turbos?
I'm building a turbo Coyote Fox and those may fit well.

We have used both Precision and Garrett on these applications and they havent given us what we want.

The Xona Rotor turbos provide the reliability we are looking for along with a larger turbine housing and turbine wheel. We also gain a slightly larger compressor housing inlet and anti surge ports. We are very excited to see what these bad boys can do!
