5 mile run and chest/triceps/abs

Gym was so busy I had to go to a different gym to do weights lol.

Gym was dead all last week and suddenly today it was like January 2nd.
lol
Day after Easter. Everyone feels fat. lol

incline close press with incline flys

After lunch, it was cardio time at the gym.

Tweaked my back on Friday. Was doing front squats and rolled my back a little at the bottom and got a twinge. I usually find a spot high on the wall to focus on when doing squats to help keep my back straight, but the chick with the nice butt in front of me had tights on and I may have gotten distracted.
