wheres everyone planning on staying?

I rented a house. Rates are very reasonable right now. The house is pretty big, has a pool and covered parking. It was a hair under $2g for the week all fees included.

There are a bunch of hotels and such right in the area on the beach if you are trying to save the money over renting a house.

That is one way to ensure a driveway and street full of Mustang Week attendees.

We can definitely have a get together at my place if everyone wants too.

Address is 2503 Duffy st North Myrtle Beach if anyone wants to try to reserve a house or hotel room near by. I know there are a lot of rentals in the area

Not sure where im staying. Was in the breakers last year and it was great. Dead center of all the mustangs cruising down the strip. I'm with less people this year so I am looking for something a little cheaper.

We stayed in that exact house for Mustang Week back in 2011. Was a nice layout, and close to the beach......good times.

We stay in that general area every year. Haven't stayed in this house before but we have always liked the location. Should be another fun year.

Aaron, if timing and legistics works out I'm down. I usually leave central MA around 5-6pm and drive straight through. I trailer down to my buddies house in Raliegh NC, unload the car and continue the drive from there.

I stay just south of Myrtle in Surfside Beach. Staying Saturday to Saturday at the condo, then head back to my buddies house Saturday night then make the drive home on Sunday.

Even if we don't travel together, it's a good idea to have others contact info, as you never know what can happen along the way and who is close by. I for one always bring a good selection of tools, Jack, FRPS, relays, ECT with me just in case.

It would definitely be fun if you can join the group Chris. It sounds like the timing will be pretty close. Fingers crossed

My buddy kyle broke down in his electric green 99 cobra in stop and go traffic in 100 degree heat on the way home from MW 2015. He was very thankful I had a spare FRPS in my trunK!

Yep!! I've given a few and sold them cheap a few times down there. Very common issue with the heat. I get them at the junkyard for cheap money.

Tempted to get in on this. Would rather trailer down but might role the dice with driving.

You should definitely come! I think the majority of us are all trailering down

Did you and Dan decide if you are coming for sure? Pretty sure the girls are going to kill us all before the week is over lol

Just need to find a trailer and to figure out if I can tow with my 4Runner.

what year 4runner do you have? I believe the newer 4.0 4runners have a 5,000ib towing capacity. We towed a friends 25 ft pontoon boat with a 2014 4runner without issue
