Was able to head to the track this weekend with a fellow Edge owner and see if we can break our old records of 13.4xx.

Conditions were pretty good, -500 to -1300 DA as the night went on.

One of the most frustrating things I have with this car is the inability to cut anything less than 1.9xx 60 foot... no matter what I do, 2000 rpm or 2900 rpm and a little slip vs. no slip, still can't get it below that magical 1.9 time. Same with the other Edge owner.

Mods - LMS 93 Tune | K&N Filter | Winter wheel (-7 lbs a side)

Best time (CAR 7901) -

Was able to get a lot of runs in as you can see -

Ordered a 2016 Sport in September. I've had it about a month and I'm quite impressed with the performance.
But, like any other gearhead, I can't leave well enough alone.
I've read that the Livernois tune is the way to go but I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about the MRT exhaust? I also see they offer a lower temp thermostat.
Any thoughts with durability on the driveline with the extra HP / torque?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

MRT exhaust is good for a muffler replacement, sound is decent but I wouldn't expect any HP gains. The lower temp thermostat is good if you want to run a race tune but I didn't fine the cost/benefit ratio to be favorable.

I have been running multiple tuners (LMS/Unleashed/SSI) in my car and the drive-train has been solid for the past 15+k miles.

13.2 is very very respectable for an Edge.
GT500R, what did you do to your Edge to be able to put down those numbers?
LMS 93 tune, CAI , exhaust??

How is the Edge doing so far @GT500R?

In the market and weighing out SHO or Edge Sport given the current pricing of the SHO, it looks Good.
But the Edge gives me more of that sleeper status without compromise of room and utility.

Hmmmm

LMS 93 tune with a K&N panel filter That is all I had, other then that, stock exhaust, stock intake, stock intercooler.

It does provide a very good sleeper status. 37k miles and 0 issues thus far with trans/engine. Over 100 0-100 runs and still going strong!

@GT500R - You switched tuners up recently right? How is that working out and have your times improved any over the LMS tunes?

Correct, I am now trying Unleashed at this point in time.

I was able to run my stock set up with the 93 octane and was able to pull off a 13.22 (fastest tune only Edge with 93 octane)
http://www.dragtimes.com/Ford-Edge-Timeslip-29542.html

I then was running the E30 tune with a CXRacing Intercooler and was able to pull off a 12.99 @ 106.x (+200 or so DA)

Still can't pull anything less than a 1.9xx 60' but with some more practice I am sure I can get deeper in the 12's.

That's awesome and best of luck! You're probably aware, but if you decide to try anyone else, AJP turbo would be worth a look. I'm extremely happy with how my MKS runs with the LMS tune, but AJP turbo has my attention if I were to ever change up.

Already talked to him and will be working with him for a 93 and E30 tune, should be good stuff from what I hear!
