Guys going to try and tackle a killer chiller instal, for anyone that has attempted this two questions: is it possible for me to do this with normal hand tools(or do I need anything special). And second will this flush just my intercooler? Thanks, I read a how to but still a little worried about starting this myself then getting stuck in the middle of it.

Do you have ac recycling equipment to drain the system ? , The install is fairly straight forward just be real precise with your new hose connections to prevent leaks of the AC system as it doesn't come with factory type fittings , I know many people who have installed these systems and develop leaks

No I don't have that, but I was thinking about taking it to a a/c shop for them to recycle it. Then when installed to take it back for refill. And yeah I kind of was dreading the whole cutting to fit on bumper. And ofcourse leaks which I hope not so I have to be careful and make sure everything is right. Thanks for the tip about lubricating a/c lins

In case you were looking where to install it. You need to hollow out the center of the bumper support. My car had a killer chiller.

It's going to take me a while also doing my friend intake from his 2v since it cracked. That and a dam evaporator sensor from his Lincoln which I have to remove dam dash.

You will need the disconnect tools to get the line off the firewall connection to the evaporator.

Oh ok, then that worries me because I live in south texas and it gets extremely hot here. But then again I hardly use the car. And I have those disconnect tools. I bought them a while back to change fuel filter.

That's the only special tool you need for the install. Other than air conditioning tools if you are doing that yourself

I wouldn't mind doing that part myself but I just don't have those tools and don't know if I would ever use them again. Unless a dam a/c shop charges me tons just to drain then fill.
