My plan is to buy a new set and paint them before putting them on the car. Can someone please tell me the process that you used for doing this?? Thanks!

Thanks for responding, how have they held up?
Can tell you haven't put them on the car yet but I did have my previous ones painted red they lasted pretty well. They kept their gloss and all. Only a few small chips. I thought good enough of it to do it again.

I used G2 3 years ago. Still look perfect. Left the calipers on the car and cleaned the hell out of them with break cleaner and a new wore brush.

Another vote for the G2 kit. This is my forth year on a weekend cruiser and they still look flawless. Money well spent.

Hey. It was the standard yellow from the G2 kit. I also used a hi-temp clearcoat on them (not required) and gave them 3 coats each.

The letters are from eBay and are simple Brembo stickers. Nothing fancy. Once applied, I cleared over them a few times and they've never shown any signs of wear or peeling since.

Yeah, I would probably clear them over the decals too. Were you able to cover the front brembos and rear brakes with one can?
